I was a member of the Gym a few years ago. I took a break from exercise during the pandemic and my health and fitness suffered. I became short of breath with little exertion. Climbing stairs was more difficult and I knew I needed to prioritize my health again. My friend Lisa was working out at the Gym and I decided to join her.
The class is energizing!! It’s such a positive atmosphere. Everyone is so supportive and Dan is a great instructor! I always feel so much better after class.
Do it!! Prioritize yourself, your health and your fitness! The Gym is a supportive community and a great place to start.
